It is true that Nigeria's population is high. However, high population should not continue to be an excuse for bad governance in Nigeria.

@ajuba979 I totally agree with you sir, but we need to accept that smaller samples are easier to model than larger ones.

@fromvenicexv4875 Obviously, Nigeria had no excuse to be backward, once the leadership is right things will fall in place. The populace tends to follow the body language of the leadership, hence, good governance is very likely to have patriotic and obident masses.

@fromvenicexv4875 😂😂😂 China is 10× larger than Nigeria and there population is declining because of birth control that means less poverty and unemployment

Our population is not suppose to be a problem instead , our government should utilize it for the betterment of the country. God bless Nigeria ❤ and Africa as a whole .

You really can't compare Nigeria with other countries in Africa. Nigeria is one of the worst places to live in Africa. The country is cursed with curruption and economic sabotage and very high concentration of very scamishy individuals. This has resulted in the country to be run in a very unconventional way compared with the civilised world. Nigeria is so poorly run, 3 decades after returning from living outside the country, It's very obvious that I returned to a drastically regressed nation. Meanwhile, in the last 3 decades, other countries like China, Rwanda, Ivory Coast, Kenya and so on have made great progress and come along way from the past. The only sector of the economy where I can see significant advancement was in banking system technology.

@XY-rh3if I will agree with you that Nigeria's problem is leadership, the high time we got that right and fixed, the better for the country. However, no Nation is cursed, even countries without natural resources but with good leadership have been able to turn their system around through capacities development and investment in tech. I appreciate your comment and position. Thanks.

Very well, first thing is to get a valid Nigerian passport, ensure your yellow card is up to date (you can visit Min. of Health at Fed. Secretariat in Ikolaba Ibadan to obtain one) it is under 5k. Cote d'Ivoire is visa free so just buy your ticket or book with a transport company like ABC... to ensure a hitch free road trip.

The only thing Nigerian has is population and oils. If us Ivorians have the resources that Nigerian have we will do better than you. For instance, le capital city of Angola is far developed than Lagos because there have a lot of oils and gas.
