I think you missing out something here, definitely problems of DRC are for DRC if they are not affecting our country, on this particular case the Eastern congo issue is so much related to Rwanda because of genocide perpetrators that working with DRC government and army. There is no widespread hatred toward the Tutsi in the Congo; rather, this narrative serves as Rwanda’s pretext for justifying its occupation of Eastern Congo and exploiting its resources. The local government in Kivu comprises over 40 percent Tutsi officials and military personnel, despite the Tutsi being a minority ethnic group. This arrangement was established through an agreement between the Congolese government and the Tutsi rebels of M23 (formerly CNDP) in 2012. Given this, how can it be said that the Tutsi are being mistreated in Congo? In reality, this agreement was detrimental to the Congo, a nation with over 450 ethnic groups, yet one small group holds a disproportionate share of political and military influence. This imbalance is a key reason why the Congolese government has struggled to defeat the M23 insurgents-it is, in some way, an internal issue. Because many Tutsi individuals who hold Congolese citizenship are often leveraged by Rwanda to destabilize the region, facilitating the looting of mineral resources for Western interests. Paul Kagame, a CIA-trained operative and a loyal agent of Western powers, poses a significant threat. Rwandans who fail to recognize this, whether due to blindness or tribal allegiance, are inadvertently creating enemies worldwide. There is no long-term benefit for Rwanda in Kagame’s actions, even if the international community currently finances and supports his regime. His forces have gained infamy for committing atrocities, including massacres, sexual violence, and the conscription of child soldiers. Given this, it is not surprising that Rwanda’s history includes the genocide of 1994. The extremist actions of the ruling regime will inevitably have consequences. Today, the world is increasingly aware of the crimes committed by Kagame’s government against Hutus in Rwanda, Congolese in the DRC, Burundians in Burundi, Mozambicans in Mozambique, and even South African peacekeepers. His leadership threatens not only the East African Community but the entire African continent. The clock is ticking, and only time will reveal the ultimate outcome of his policies.
