Then Arthur jumped on board, robbed him for positive honor, jumped off onto Scinfaxi’s back, and rode straight to heaven high. :D

Abigail’s voice goes well with a song like these. Some voices aren’t made for some songs and some voices are.

I love Abigail's singing voice so much. She's one of the few characters I prefer in RDR2 vs RDR, it always makes me sad to know people seem to dislike her for "nagging too much" :c i keep coming back to rewatch this video, thanks for uploading!

I love Abigail too. I feel like she had mostly every right to complain about John. He was killing and robbing people for 8 years while they were on the run and he always solves his problems with violence.

@@TheDanteEX helping Geddes defend his ranch wasn't wrong though. If he hadn't he might as well have quit on the spot. And shooting the three dudes who followed him from Strawberry? They started that. Abigail should have understood that some things can't be avoided

@@EnclaveSgt I know hindsight is 20-20, but the truth is both of those things happened because of John's previous actions. The Laramie gang were only bullying Pronghorn before John presented himself as an actual threat to them, which is why Abigail didn't want John going around showing everyone how tough he was and drawing in more trouble. Laramie escalated the situation because from their perspective Geddes' was starting to fight back. John was right to stick up for Abe, but I'm certain a part of it was because he's a thug at heart and doesn't know any other way of handling situations other than violence. The three men from Strawberry were a result of John's killing in Roanoke Ridge just before the Epilogue starts. John claims to the men that the man in Roanoke was trying to rob him, but we don't know for sure so it's likely left for us to make our own judgment on it. John mentions the killing in his journal but I don't think he says anything about being held up by him; I'll have to check again. The thing is, Abigail isn't mad John protected Jack. She's upset because only around John would those men even have been a threat. I don't think she's supposed to be right all the time, but it's clear that the world John wants to live in isn't what's best for her and Jack. That's why she wasn't okay with the bounty hunting either, because it brings trouble and death and even attention, which is what they were trying to avoid.

She literally my personal wife material. She nagging because she loves John and doesnt want to lose him. Thats the kind of woman that will stick with you till the end. People nowadays just wanted one night stand kind of girl.

Anyone notice that towards the very end the background music changes to that eerie music. Just happened on my play through and I think this song is pretty much an Easter egg that points out the irony of johns story and the rest of the vanderlind gang.

Then red dead 1 begins with John being sent on a train by Ross (devil like figure) to track down Bill eventually leading to his death even after he changed. An image of determinism and inevitability. Great foreshadowing of the path he would be forced down.
@bogdanzivkovic87112 жыл бұрын
Take a look at the last two strophes: "Where your flesh will waste in the flames that roar, And my imps torment you forever more." Then the cowboy awoke with an anguished cry, His clothes wet with sweat and his hair standing high. Then he prayed as he never had prayed till that hour To be saved from his sin and the demon's power. And his prayers and his vows were not in vain; For he never rode the hell-bound train. It would be kinda stupid, but imagine if the downfall of Dutch's gang was all a dream.
