Hi Abbi I need some help with the print then cut...I draw my own images in procreate and I use 5,000x5,000 DPI 500 and I made some pupils for other crafts however when I upload them as PNG they show up on design space all distorted and cut off and not in a perfect circle 😢 I'm not sure, what to do? I'm trying to get these pupils printed and cut at a certain size which starts at 0.3cm to 2cm I'm very frustrated and do t know where else to turn can you please help me out I would really appreciate it thank you so much!❤❤ Blessings🙏

Hi! If I had to guess I would say the resolution and size is too large for the Design Space software and it's causing a distorted result. With scale and resolution you have to find that middle ground. I would try resizing the design to around 2500x2500 with a DPI at 300 and see if that helps! :)
