I am going to receive questions regarding Tang Xuan; this video was recorded prior to the 3.0.2 Update Details. As for where I would place him after 3.0.2 goes live... probably not in D tier, but maybe C. He still is a Wind type which isn't that great for Kronos/Purg 12 and there are better and cheaper alternatives which makes you question the need for using Legendary Abilimons on a replaceable Esper, but he could be very useful in pvp. As for Sally: a lot of yall are probably regretting skilling her up and ill say that it's not a wrong move. Yes she works with ocean waves so you can prioritise other espers first, but with her s3 maxed you can run her with astral witchcraft/snow dowager which is much better on her too

I think Tang Xuan will be a beast with max skills in both pvp and pve in the future. You are right that there are espers to replace him in the begining but his s3 skill reduction is crutial for good performance

I'd be interested in seeing a similar tier list focusing on units in late game. For example, if you're choosing between someone like Hyde, who could arguably gain a lot out of skillups since his damage is also tied to his survivability, and someone like Sienna, who can cycle her massive AP reset faster with skillups, it's still hard to choose. Though this tierlist is perfect for starting out and getting an initial team setup!

Lu Yi skill ups are imo quite important for dps his s1 damage goes from 105% damage to 175% from skill ups and s3 goes from 360% to 450% damage (multi hit dps espers tend to gain a lot of damage from skill ups)

Next you should do a tier list of who benefits the most from going to 6 stars! Short answer is your DPS' and supports that scale with stats like ATK or HP, but some people are visually learners and it could be helpful nonetheless.

Personally I'd put the "End game" espers that "must have" skill-ups like Donar/Hyde at A or B. Especially since they are such good units. At a glance this looks like those units just aren't important which is the farthest from the truth.

i think asenath could be a bit higher, on my newb account i used her together with heng yue, and skilled bot of them up and they allowed me to clear k10 consistently, and they helped a ton in story progression and other scenarios, she like a defencive dhalia so deffinitely think she could help players clear a lot of content you dont have the relic for yet. all personal preference tho great video :)

Hey, I had a dilemma and thought it'd be cool to have your opinion on this, I recently cleared spatial tower using only Melanie as my controller for tougher stages but now have Lucas and dropped 2 pritzkers. I was wondering which I should build between those 2 and jeanne considering abilimons are very scarce for lucas and easier to obtain for Jeanne and Pritzker. Also I have an idea of which relic sets to use on them but feel free to give recs if you don't mind. In any case love the content, simple and to the point, keep it up!

Never missing means he can hit inferno types and won't miss while other espers have a 50% chance to miss. When you miss you fail to land debuffs, crit, and do less damage

I would always skill up lucas first. He is way too essential for his cd reduction on s2 and twice on s3.

Sally is worth skilling A lot More than some of these others. I would put her In at least A tier for skill ups. She doesnt need as many skill ups To max and all skill up levels actually matter for everything but the s1. She gets 2 turns Off the cd of s2 without any useless damage up by x% that most support have.

She doesn't need skill ups if you put ocean waves on her. She will bounce between her s2 and 3 perfectly fine. However her goal is snow dowager or astral so you need to max her s3 eventually. So the point is you can make her work without using skill ups. Hence.

Is there a needed upgrade for each esper? For example I used 2 abilimons on my Ye Suhua and landed both on her ult which I thought was lucky. Should I go for more and upgrade her other abilities or should i try to upgrade other 3 stars? Is there spesific lvls for abilities to upgrade for each esper?

Ah yes there are. For example suhua needs both her s2 and s3. Gab as well. In general espers that don't gain important additional effects don't need the skill ups on one skill

She's good in all content as long as you can get her speedy. She's especially strong in narmer teams but honestly works in everything especially since she carries a sear debuff too
