In this video I introduce you to and walk through some of the key features of the Audio Effect Rack using Ableton only plugins and effects. We explore parallel chains, macros and how you can save your racks to use again in future projects. Getting my head around the audio effect rack rapidly improved my workflow and I hope after watching this video it improves yours too.

Layering snares in racks is my go-to strategy nowadays as I can never find a perfectly fitting snare. This and sometimes for splitting a bass in bands and doing different things. Killer feature indeed.
@BeckySaifMusic
@BeckySaifMusic 2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I've started to layer my snares and claps in racks now too. It's such an incredible feature and you can actually do an entire drum section completely inside the drum rack, without the need to multiple tracks in the project. (although I still sometimes default to the old school method)

Can u pls enlarge the barely to follow/see tiny arrow? Make it huge. I'm constantly wasting time on repeat to see which parameters u r clicking on. It's beyond annoying, because u r doint so great except that very tiny invisible arrow is not doing it for me.
