You can use keymapping to switch between both plugins without a gap. Press the key button on the top right, map both plugins on/off switch to the same key, turn off keymapping mode, then turn one off manually, then when you press the key you mapped them to it will instantly switch between the two without a gap.

i think that if you can't make stuff sound good with the stock ableton effects, it's a skill issue at this point. i'm loving all the things they've added recently, i almost never use 3rd party plugins anymore

ihmo Ozone still sounds a lot better, but the ableton limiter upgrade is cool for people that just started making music and not have all the 3rd party plugins already

I wish ozone’s soft clipper was its own module. I like it a lot and have been loading ozone just to use its soft clipper. I do also prefer the maximizer
