Would you recommend using your Spinz rack on the 808 and then your soft clipper rack on the master? Or are you not using your Spinz Rack anymore?

Sorry you don't know what you talking about. Everything what you showed in this video is wrong and lead other people to wrong decisions. The EQ 8 works perfect! In the case you showing here the low cut works perfect and correct. It is the build in Analyzer in EQ 8 (like in the Ableton Analyzer itself) what didn't represent the frequency response correctly. I can now explain what type of build in Analyzer in EQ8 and Analyser Ableton use but this doesn't make sense here because for this you need to understand the basics. You can proof it. Put your Pro Q 3 after and you see Ableton EQ8 works perfect! You should either delete this video or replace it. But this is valid for a lot of your videos.

Maybe go a bit easier on the video effects? There is a time for everything, and the time for saturating videos with effects - that time has passed (a long time ago). Time to grow up and be yourself.

Because all there is to "music theory" is the ability to form basic triads and their inversions.

how do you get access to that built in fx menu when you load a sample into the drum rack like you did @ 3:28. that entire menu even to change the Mod - slide setting. that menu doesnt show up on my ableton 12.1.5 drum rack. it just the regular looking simpler with just the classic, one shot, or slice options. with the option to warp and change the setting to beats, tones, texture, re pitch, complex, and complex pro. i cant figure out how to see that new window right next to your drum rack loaded with your selected samples i dont see that FX setting and display above that.

It’s quite turd tbh. It’s too fiddly! You might as well just draw the notes! You don’t need to know music theory! Select a scale and then draw notes in the scale….
