Big tip - make sure the hz is all matching on Ableton, focusrite control, and pc settings. I thought my $200 mic was broken as it had a horrible buzzing sound. Turns out it was just the hz

You are not require to upgrade them unless your software or operating system requires it. I have very old ones that still work! And Waves has the best prices

@@stoogs You’re essentially “leasing” the plug-ins but the cheap buy out is at the start. Why? Because most of the time, it’s cheaper to just buy another license instead of grade. That’s why so many people have multiple licenses of the same plug in. Upgrade pricing is ridiculous later on down the road to the point where you laugh and say “what marketing moron made that decision?”.

Soothe was already announced to get on sale for €139. Starts Nov 26th (there was an email sent out for it already). Fabfilter usually has a 25% off sale on black friday, pretty sure they'll do this again this year.

Thanks, alot. I just signed up for a class on producing and making beats and she's using this software. I'm new to all this. When you set up a new email for the second trial are you able to transfer or download beats from the first one and upload them to this one? I'm sure you can download them so how does all this work? Some of us arent that tech savvy yet

I had the same problem. What youre gonna do: Make an audio track -> set it to "resampling" -> solo just the drum rack track and resampling track -> arm the resampling track -> press record
