You deserved a million subs. Been trying to figure this out with my UMC 1820. Hhahah never thought of using audio tracks to route master output into. Since ive got extra 6 line outputs, i can add 3 more Audio tracks as output route to 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 line outputs. You are the best buddy. God bless you more. Hope to see more of your tutorials soon.

Make a Group on the master track, add the external audio effect and route the output to one of your monitors. Add another channel and let it pass through with no effects for the master. This wont effect the soloing but also keeps your master clean for bouncing. You can also add SoundID Reference effects for each monitor created this way to get a more realistic and flat sound. I hope this helps.

You didn't cover Return tracks. You can set tracks to Sends Only, use the Sends to send them to a Return track, then set the Return track to any output. Since most people will have several tracks going to a stereo pair, you can Group those tracks and just send the group's master track to the Return track. You can do sub-master processing on the group master track as well. If you want to be sure it never gets sent to other Return tracks, disable the other Sends.

can you send the cue out to the headphones and the tracks to the monitors separately using the 212 interface which only has two outputs? its there a way to do that?

I suspect you mean the Focusrite 2i2, but unfortunately to my knowledge this is not possible as the headphone output is not a separate output channel, only a copy of the main stereo outputs. I hope this helps!

just the nvidia geforce experience software that comes with the gpu :) Cut, Edit and Voiceover is done in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
