Doesn't creating a variable dry/wet function in the audio effect rack just duplicate what the wet/dry knob does in reverb?

Hello! Not exactly, creating two channels in audio effect rack allows you to process wet and dry signals separately And when you go too wet on reverb knob, you get washed out dry signal, that isn’t good at main strong elements, for example, vocals or leads
