I have a huge theory!!!! Because of something Cheryl said. She said “no one really dies in riverdale do they” I think this is the writers hinting to the fact that someone who is meant to be dead on the show is actually alive, and I think that person is Jason blossom. I think Julian was born and Jason found out about him. I think Julian helped Jason escape riverdale (which is why he had Jason and Pollys ring) I then think Julian was caught by Clifford Blossom, who thought that Julian was Jason and killed him. I think the reason why Jason never returned to riverdale is because he is scared of something there which could lead to a potential story line in the future.

There’s still more episodes coming out. Lili said there are two story lines in this season and jugheads “murder” was the first half. So the chick and Charles storyline is probably going to be the second half. I also think the whole Julian storyline will be season five or be in the last few episodes of this season. Because I do think Julian was born. Also the writers hinted to the fact that someone who we thought was dead in the show is actually alive. I don't think barchie is gonna happen. Cole and lili have been filming alone for the last couple of days and they are filming episode 20 (prom episode) so that means bughead is going to prom together. But I think maybe Archie caught feelings for Betty but I don't think she caught feelings for him I think she was just teasing him with the texting scene because she sent her messages showing she has nothing to hide while Archie deleted part of his message which shows me he's hiding something.

I’m just scared for barchie, like...they have a cute FRIENDship, Jughead a Archie too and Betty and Veronica too, If barchie one day gonna stay together they will ruining everything let’s be honest. I think that Archie after the kiss feels something and now he like her a little but Betty didn’t. For me he’s gonna confess to Betty that he felt something but Betty (in a nice way) reject him (the opposite of season 1, and I hope is gonna he like that ahah). This is why the Riverdale sucks - the writers have been forced to pander to a bunch of kids because they're so emotionally attached to Bughead. Listen, little girl, they cannot actually stay in the same relationships for seven years. It will feel like a sham. How will we ever know if Betty really wants Archie or Jughead? It just feels like the writers kept Varchie and Bughead because the fans got attached. Like, both relationships feel forced to me. Betty and Jughead act like siblings who happen to have sex. Veronica and Archie feel like fuck-buddies who happen to be friends.

I think they'll get a slow burn and they will be endgame. Betty and Archie are iconic. It would be a dishonor to the original if they didn't end up together in the end, or at least be together for a long time. Also, in my opinion KJ and Lili are the best actors on the show. I just want to see them interacting more because the chemistry is fire.

Now that i think about it, Mr.DuPont got what he deserved, there was karma, if he didn't go on killing path and didn't want to kill Forsythe 1, then Forsythe never would've left and FP maybe didn't have Jughead, or Jughead wouldn't get on Stonewall prep, so yeah, very interesting point :)
