It is quite fascinating to NOTE that, the STATE'S Court of Appeal handles a WIDE VARETY of JURISDICTIONS. Yet, when JURISDICTION is questioned in the LOWER COURTS for CONFIRMATION & CLARITY, definitive responses NEVER seem to be provided ESPECIALLY ON THE RECORD. Nevertheless, the banner slogan remains: JUSTICE FOR ALL while the accompanying IMAGERY being LADY JUSTICE grasping DELCATELY BALANCED SCALES. Fascination is in FULL BLOOM.
