No , blood group never change in our life coz antigen are inherited traits & blood transfusion is always after matching blood group, if AB blood group is receive blood from O, coz there is no complication in trasfusion...thanks

Yes..... But there will be no complications for the first baby.... As it will take time for the formation of rh antibodies for the foetus..... But for the second baby.... Antibodies would already be present in her blood which will result in the agglutination of the blood of the foetus and death

Tha complications may arise becuz mother blood group is O negative so it will have antibioties against RHs , Antigen A and Antigen B and the transfer of nutrients to the child is through the blood so the mother antibiotics can destroy child RHS because he or she is O positive

Yes, certain complications will arise because the mother has A, B and Rh antibodies and her foetus has Rh antigen. So the Rh antibodies of the mother may react to the Rh antigen of the foetus, thus leading to the hemolysis of the foetus.

Ans : the Rh -ve woman may become sensitive if she carries an Rh-ve child in her uterus. The first child will be normal,but if it sensitizes the mother the 2nd child if conceived soon,may have a problem ,sometimes leading to the death of foetus and abortion
