Lower extremity blood clots can KILL YOU. I know because I had one without knowing it and it broke off, went to my lungs and became a PULMONARY EMBOLISM. I spent a week in ICU in critical condition and nearly died. I spent another 10 days in hospital and was placed on blood thinners. These vids are old in real time but I've seen nothing more recent on IG, so I hope you had it checked. Please don't assume if the lump went away that all is well. Be safe!❤

Your costumes are stunning and it seems like the show is a step above. Does a higher class ship mean everything is a little bit nicer and better? Your room is so small - I don’t know how you deal with that - and have 2 people in that small space! They should allow you to store your luggage somewhere else. Also, are they pushing you guys too hard? That seems hard on the body to have a whole run through at 930 pm! Hope all that pushing isn’t backfiring with causing you all injuries. 💕

Most likely a cyst that presses on tendons and joints causing pain, common for athletes, sometimes they go away on own, or you can have them lanced to drain the fluid.

I’m currently a Korean figure skater and I am in the 3rd grade of middle school (high school in Canada? I was born in 2008) anyways I lived in Canada for 5years and skated in BC. I was a star skate champion (star5 U10) and I came back to Korea and is still skating. Recently I won second place at nationals( level c).
