I can't imagine living there and objecting to cutting down scruff trees in order to see the fabulous views. The results are beautiful and I'm glad they enjoy it.

I loved this video - exquisitely done and the scenery IS paradise. The fellows who created this beauty did so from some innate and inner beauty that is expressed by their creation. LOVE this so much.

Really great. The before and after were night and day and made the house make sense in its surroundings. The best part was seeing that wonderful couple lie back on those chairs so so happy and content THE BEST!! Only thing I would have added was an out door fireplace, in the same white of the house which I'm sure they would have made use of.

Great advice. Thanks for sharing - Just subscribed. The position/views were amazing - I do understand that those coastal views look great but they come with exposure to weather - cold wind. I think you married the two together perfectly. A bit of white gravel/or seashell topping on the path to brighten up and tie into the house - may be

Wonderful transformation! Perhaps you have already done this, I think a comprehensive list of all of the plants and trees you planted, and drawings showing their locations, would be very useful for your clients.

Beautiful. Stunning vistas. I wonder how swiftly it'll all become part of the sea, when the cliffs crumble due to coastal erosion?

While I do understand trying to keep the garden an extension of the house itself, how much more comfortable and inviting it would have been if all the lines weren't straight. That garden needs softer edges and more curves. To each his own. I'd be out there rounding corners and adding some large rocks to break up the monotony.

I agree, the location is so soft and romantic, they stuck a generic boxy garden in with no texture or personality 🙃 first Abode documentary that I've not liked the final design

The real transformation was in the happiness of the homeowners.

noooooo, they killed a huge, old tree! i also dont get the house, they r not young and yet have so many stairs to the house, and a mom who is already in chair. its a huge lot and everything is so square and linier, to me its too flat and no chaos like she likes. i m glad the clients r happy though

They don't need to design a garden, they need to redesign their house to go with the existing garden!

WAY too much camera on people talking about the garden.
