You have not figured out the problem. Hence you dont understand the solution. The problem is freebies to lower class at the expense of everyone else. To remove these culture of freebies the first and foremost act is to change the constitution and remove the word 'socialist' which will create riots everywhere. Then the next job is provide only a basic safety net to a citizen and make it unconstitutional to provide election based freebies. They dont have the numbers for doing any of that. On top of that, middle class are a fragmented group with absolutely no political party trying to woo them, every political party tries to woo the lower class with freebies so now we are stuck with this dilemma. Now the other way is to tax the rich which is again a form of socialism which will remove the incentive of rich people to invest.

We were fragile 5 remember with high inflation and every banks in their worst shape, the govt had to clean up those banks with tax payer money and now they have started to pay dividends to the govt.
