This was one of our favorite adventures adventures of the trip, getting to visit and explore the Devil's Garden! This is located within the Grand Staircase National Monument and about a 30 minute drive south from Escalante. The natural rock formations here are simply amazing, mystical, and beautiful. Once you park you are free to roam and explore the area at your leisure and enjoy what time has created. There's a couple natural arches located within the formations and plenty of cool rocks you can climb on for great views. I enjoyed how this is a remote location that was not busy like most of the national parks. As usual though, go early if you want to have the place to yourself.

When I was a kid we would climb all of the rock formations there. It was our Easter tradition after spending the morning rolling eggs down the sand dune nearby.

I'm amazed that you guys aren't playing what or dare I say who does that rock look like, unless being so close you don't see the profiles. Watching your video though I've seen many faces and shapes, check it out so cool..! Has anyone else noticed??

Very nice video of Devil's Garden; I did almost the exact same route in 2017, including the wash at the end. It was one of my favorite walks in the Grand Staircase Escalante NM. Another favorite was the drive from Boulder Utah down the Burr Trail through Long's Canyon heading toward Capitol Reef NP. There is a short slot canyon about 10 or 11 miles down...I believe it's called Echo Slot.

Do you have a " walk-o-meter " to record you daily hikes ? It would be nice to know how far you walked.

It shows just how powerful wind and water are. That wouldn't be a good place to be in a heavy rain storm. It looked like where I worked at in California. But we couldn't go off the roads.

It'd be fascinating to be able to rewind time and see the processes this place went through to create these incredibly beautiful landscapes. Did a river run through here, or is this the result of thousands of floods due to rain at higher elevations. 🤔 Amazing place!

What a false statement to make. You must have missed all the times we say where we are. In fact, all of the videos have a clickable Google link to our location. It’s also right there in the thumbnail.
