For ‪@SongsinT‬ art is an integral part of everyday life, and he believes that art is a universal language capable of touching the heart, much like love, hope, and dreams. It is a force of thought and imagination that can be expressed in various art forms to transmit energy to people.
His graphic novel works and literature, showcasing the full spectrum of his art, have been published in Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, and Japan. His accolades include the prestigious Graphic Novel Award from the Seven Book Awards and a nomination for the outstanding literary creation of Southeast Asia in 2021 (S.E.A. Write).
However, what Songsin is most proud of above all else is the large number of people who have continuously followed his work over the past 20 years of his career. One of the proofs of his professionalism as an artist is the graphic novel series "Beansprout and Firehead," consisting of 10 volumes. This series has been reprinted numerous times since its initial volume was released in 2005 and continues to do so (Volume 10 was first published in 2022). This series has made the character Firehead, an icon of Songsin, recognized as his representative, raising questions about the world, engaging with people, and challenging conventional thinking through artworks with Firehead as the central figure.
This year is particularly special as the original artwork from the graphic novel "Beansprout and Firehead" will be exhibited alongside 38 pieces of his canvas paintings. These canvas paintings are the result of his dual identity as an artist and a writer, merging to create profound works rich in meaning and energy through both literary and visual art simultaneously.
The FIREHEAD: SOUL LIBERATE exhibition represents a significant step in which Songsin aims to lead the audience into the vast world of Firehead through surreal artworks reflecting truth on canvas. It serves as a remarkable milestone deserving special attention as his intense artistry is revealed to the public.
