It takes a mature individual to step away from their problem or circumstance and take a good look at what they have control over. It can be very difficult and take time to separate emotion from a situation. Our expectations of others can be so powerful and reality can be very hard to swallow. You make a very healthy decision to move forward in a positive way 💗 Life is a struggle, relationships are challenging, find peace, acceptance and keep going 👍👍

It's such a joy to see you so happy. Loved your moustache! When you share your thoughts, feelings, and philosophies I find it so heartwarming, and they almost always resonate with me and my own life lessons. I can really appreciate all the soul searching you have done, and I applaud you for taking ownership of your own decisions. There are some people who are totally incapable of taking personal responsibility for anything, and who will gaslight you into thinking you're the one with the problem. This was my situation (twice!) and I hope I won't encounter it again.

Hi Laura, I know exactly what you mean! Rogier actually asked me a while ago do you know what gas-lighting is and I did not really know anything about it until I started doing more research and also about narcissism (because those two things go hand in hand) and then everything all of a sudden made sens. I actually watched so many videos of DoctorRamani (she makes really good videos about this) and those videos really pulled me trough some very difficult nights of just lying awake feeling so completely upset. It was just textbook... check, check, check. I really hope that you wont have to endure anything like that ever again but I think you wont because it sounds like you have a clear understanding of how this works too. Cheers to being surrounded by loving people and to loving ourselves just as much!
