Because of the Actor/writer's strike, filming probably started way later than they were planning originally so i don't know how big of an impact that's gonna have on the release date... But they'll probably rush it out by late 2024 even if it's not done cause they seem pretty locked in with having yearly releases... Not saying that's a wise thing for the story/cgi though

Btw what's your pet theory on what exactly Fromland might turn out to be? - a tulpa town where thoughts manifest? - a pocket dimension (beyond time)? - a prison for jinn? - the imagination of either Victor or the seven children come to life (due to monsters emerging at night and the heavy emphasis on childhood as evidenced in Victor's stunted development, Ethan's importance, The Boy in White)? - a sacrificial area to stave off/appease demons or otherworldly creatures and keep them from invading our reality? - a twisted Garden Eden? - the origin of myths and archetypes?
