Yeah I think it work if you have a uk account or even USA because normally people trade verified adsense account and put in there own bank to receive payments. So yes, it work and perfect with no issue.

Bro I live outside Nigeria and my adsence account is currently telling me "Nigeria". I have not received any funds yet and my address is both Nigerian address and my diaspora address for my mailing... Does it mean it's still a Nigerian account? Because my pin will be delivered where I live abroad when I have the verified $100 treashold.

Create a new AdSense account. Close the current one. You may end up with issues.

They only ask for an id card. But choose the country you're currently in. They don't care about your origin. They need the info for tax stuff and other legal issues.
