No I don't. You can't with a Nigerian AdSense account.

I don't know of a straight way to check, people usually check comments and engagement and do their deductions from there.

The problem I see is that they didn't give the Idea in our local language that's mean if you're using for example Hausa language they give the ideas in English or mix it together... Hopefully they I can adjust it..

That shouldn't be an issue, sometimes delivery takes longer than expected. If it takes longer than a week from now, you should reach out to palmpay customer service.
