Have you heard of Sheki Piti? Piti is a famous dish from this area of the world and in particular in Azerbaijan it is special to Sheki.
Piti is a meat stew cooked in a clay pot. And after it is cooked the broth is drained after it has been served and the meat and stew inside the pot is pounded before eating!

Love and enjoy to watch your family tour always. I'd like to see you all in my hometown it is called Barda district next trip.actually this region is called ancient Barda because of it has been one of the main places of Azerbaijan in century.i'm pretty sure you'll love to be over there hiking around the cityside and there are two modern large parks and some buildings in additional Barda tower mausoleum in center of the city.
