Actually, I and many others grew up with the dubs, and if it were not for the dubs, these movies would not be playing on weekends, like on Chiller Theater, or weekdays, like on the Million Dollar Movie. Godzilla's popularity among us, would not have grown. Subtitled movies back in the day, were only shown on your local PBS stations (that is where I first saw "Seven Samurai"). And to be fair to the American producers of "Godzilla Raids Again", for a reason I forget, they could not acquire the "Godzilla" name, and thus, were stuck having to create their own name for the monster, and thus "Gigantis" was born. The blame should be on Toho, NOT the American producers.

Ok! I am getting tired of this! I understand Doktor Skipper made a shitty Godzilla video, I get it. But it doesn’t mean every Godzilla KZbinr and their mom should make a response video about it. All I see now on my feed is doktor skipper respond videos from multiple Godzilla KZbinrs and it got old really quickly. I understand people want to voice their opinions and call him out on his bullshit, but this is such a bad thing for the viewer. Edit: not a personal attack on you, but I’m just letting my thoughts be known.

To a certain extent I can understand although personally I'm not doing it for the views and attention. I'm just sick and tired of people who can't even bother to go over a franchise they decide to critique for the dumbest things and that goes for everything not just Godzilla

@@josheeee9139 I'm sure you didn't do this video for views. But from my perspective as a viewer, I see multiple Godzilla KZbinrs making the same video. My feed (regarding Godzilla videos) Is nothing but Doktor Skipper response videos and I'm tired of it. I was irritated too when Doktor Skipper made his video, I appreciated the community calling him out on his stupidity. But it gets frustrating as a viewer when most of the Godzilla KZbinrs make the same video, going over the same points, and saying the same thing. By now Doktor Skipper should've gotten the message. I also gotta repeat this. This is NOT a personal attack on you or your video. I'm just a frustrated Godzilla fan tired of seeing the same thing on repeat.
