7 hours per day, 1 Friday off per months, Vacation = 0-5yrs working = 2 weeks off a yr , 5-15yrs working = 4 weeks off a yr, 15-25yrs working = 6 weeks off a yr........or you can split vacation in half up to 6 months(1,1) (2,2),(3,3)............ sounds good to me!
