I am always going to return to this page and I will listen to this song. It has a spiritual and restorative component for me. The video is as much a part of the experience as the music. They have so much impact, especially the surfing segments. Those people put their lives on the line to do something they Love. They have unlimited faith in their own ability, and yet they know every time they get towed in it could be their last ride. Same for the Astronauts. They have watched their own die the most horrible deaths imaginable. And still they climbed into a small cramped space, and felt the pressure of seven times their weight crushing down on them, while hydrogen explodes beneath them. In no time they are blasted out of the atmosphere into orbit. I cannot even fathom how anyone ever figured out how to do that. Brave men and women help us all to brave in our own way. The people in these activities set the standard for bravery in my estimation.

Is it bad that I feel so,so embaressed to tell people that I really love trance, especially Above and Beyond? If i'm sad, i put on Group Therapy or Tri-State to lift me up. I discovered Above and Beyond when I got out of high school and was completely alone my first year of college in 2007. Got me through some rough times. But the last time I told someone I love trance they judged me so hard for it. Now I just listen alone.

Don't feel embarrassed! Rather be proud and own it! It's a beautiful genre that gets a bad name from generic EDM producers like Hardwell and others. When the average person thinks of Trance, they hear Techno/cheesy/Sandstorm (although I think Sandstorm is a decent tune lol). Next time someone judges, show them a beautiful tune like this one and if they still judge, they simply don't understand. I suggest you look up Ori Uplift, He's an orchestral uplifting trance DJ with a weekly radio show with the most beautiful trance from the best record labels! His label is Abora Recordings, the trance productions there will simply blow your mind, top notch stuff! I definitely recommend making a sound cloud if you haven't already, you can follow producers and djs directly and you have unlimited music stored on your account! let me know so you can add me on there and share awesome trance tunes :) Cheers!

The key to this track is truly the filters, Arpeggio, bpm, synths, pads, and layered bass. You can have all of these except an arpeggio and you won’t have this style of trance. It has to have this style of bass. ARPED!
