In the past, when I'd fear, I'd fall back into a lustful state. I'd dive into sin. Then sin would overtake me, with random abandonment. I felt alone. I fell back into something familiar, however destructive. Now...I am touched by the Holy Spirit. He is Holy, therefore I strive to be holy. When I fail, and I do fail, I turn to Him. I still fight sin in my life, but I don't relish in my iniquities. I'm convicted through the love of Jesus. He knows my pain, my plight. He strengthens me with each new day. He sustains me.
