Great video guys. The amount of people I speak to out and about who have no idea of the awesome trails we have. The runner guy is a friend of mine who told me about you and what you are doing. Keep up the good work. Give me a shout if you come back up. I will show you the new trail Reaper😬👍

Thank you very much for the kind words, much appreciated! The channel is still in its infancy but we are hoping it will provide deserved exposure for fantastic ride destinations like Aboyne! We absolutely love the place. We will be back up next summer if we don’t manage to get up before then. We are trying to sell the idea of Aboyne, Ballater and Tarland as the perfect long weekend so should really be doing this ourselves on a spring bank holiday. We would love to meet up next time we are up, that would be ace!! Thank you for taking time to get in touch!

Nice one. Myself and my wife Anna ride a lot together so we both could keep you company 👍👍

Hi Gary, thanks for watching, commenting and for the kind words! Ira and tremendous spot to ride. Aboyne, ballater and tarland make THE perfect long weekend. It certainly was challenging but we keep seeking it out so there’s defo something addictive about the harder tracks. I guess it’s the spirit of adventure! 👍

Heard about the trails in Aboyne when I was up in Ballater on holiday but didn't get the chance to ride looks like a fun challenge, funny when you see others riding through wet terrain you can really get a feel for it, well ridden on the steep tech sections to you both and thanks for sharing! 😁🤙

These look great, definitely on my list to visit. Are you guys on Strava? Just wondering as that’s sometimes good to get some idea of where to go?
@MindfulTrailBiker11 ай бұрын
It’s a must visit destination, definitely worth the journey! I’m not a fan of strava, prefer Trailforks and garmin to map routes, the timing element of strava would ruin a good ride for me 😂 We normally share routes via GPX and Trailforks, but we generally only do that if we know the place really well so we provide the best route possible without any wrong turns etc. in this instance the route was split into 2 rides as we dropped the dog at lunchtime. It should be fairly easy to string a similar route using the same track list we rode. Thanks for the watch and comment! 👍
