is there a way to see Ester and Abrham? I can't get the hang of this focus wheel stuff. I"m having lots of issues with the entire thing tbh. It got me through a tough time but another tough time followed that and now meditation is not helping even with the app and reading and listening to her / his stuff is just not helping. Reach for a better thought? How when you can't find ONE? Appreciate I get more. But at the same time, it says don't fake it, already believe positive things but what if you find you almost don't have any? Don't fake it, be happy, wt heck? Someone help. Any new conventions or sessions in person on the East Coast or anywhere really? I'm bad at this stuff. Shore up my vibration? Good feeling?

I saw one of her videos where someone said words like yours- “I can’t find a better thought”. She refused to explain further, as the source energy is not acknowledged. Instead, she offered to believe the thought- “I’m figuring out a better thought”, which gave me some relief. hope this helps

What I found very helpful is, when you feel bad about something, to ask yourself: "How do I WANT to feel about this instead?" And then feel that feeling. For me, it's usually that I want it to feel easy and myself to feel relaxed and that makes me feel more relaxed instantly. But you have to repeat it often. Also, as I understand it, you don't need to find a positive thought right away, one that feels just slightly better than the last one will do if you keep going in that direction. That said, it can also be helpful to find 1-3 really positive memories from your life, no matter when, and to have them ready on demand (e.g. you could write them down on a little piece of paper and carry that around in your purse) and just pull them out to relive the good feeling you had back then. So, if there is just one thing in your whole life that felt really good, you can use that and if there is more, then all the better.
