Letting action be like digestion, caring only about alignment and letting thoughts and ideas and inspirations and action to flow effortlessly. You're not trying to make your heart beat or controlling your digestive system with your conscious mind, and action that is inspired also is effortless and delightful, in that sense, like that, ya.
