I have very negative audible voices. And body sensations. Does anyone have any advice?

Yes, first recognize that you are the creator of your own reality and that you have the power to direct your focus! Then, as often as you can, whenever you catch yourself focusing in a way that you don't like, consciously make the switch to a thought/dialogue/etc. that you would prefer, that feels better! Let this be easy and really congratulate yourself for noticing it, catching it and making the shift!! As you do this more and more it will become easier and easier and eventually it will be your dominant state, your body will respond accordingly and feel wonderful too, and everything in your world will shift! Just let it be easy, be as consistent as you can and just keep going in the direction that you want to go! Just in the asking you have already made the shift and now all you have to do is consistently lean in that direction and it will flow into your reality (it already exists, it is already done)!!
