I agree that mindset is everything, but this may be beyond her skills. She may just need to hire someone who specializes in marketing and branding to help her grow her business. So much of product sales is about perception and that is shifted with a powerful brand, a beautiful website with useful content, and advertising. Of course she has to believe in her product and know how to describe it properly. But more than likely she needs a new advertising and brand strategy.
