Choose to think about something else. You have to practice cutting negative thoughts off and replacing them with positive thoughts. For every situation you don't like you have to just think about what it is you do want instead and focus on that. Sometimes you just have to think of something different altogether. Take your mind to a completely different but pleasant thought.
