Bashar puts it better than anyone I've ever heard. Redefine the circumstance to something you would prefer. Nothing is inherently negative or positive. It's up to you what you define and label.

I love all about Abraham but, she must let people talk just a little .....she interrupt you and never return hahah to the point she go on and on , i know she tell how it is, but she take the voice out of you.....

Because talking more of the problem speeds up the momentum. She does not need to hear the whole story, she knows what everyone wants and thats to only get into the vortex/happy. Extrapolating the problem causes it to get bigger so she teaches not to practice putting the spotlight on the problem.
