I have found that most relationship needs are based on childhood experiences. We must admit that self love is what we are on earth to do. You have to ensure that the love you received at home was enough to give you strength to love yourself. Then when it comes to relationships you'll attract someone with the same love capacity. I wasn't aware of how I grew up being neglected and only learned when the partners I choose would neglect me emotionally and physically. It so scary to the point where the people I would date would remind me of either of my narcissistic parents. So people must take a step back and look at their childhood the advises given will never work until you heal from your childhood.

I agree I often tell people that as well. Most of our adult problems stems from our childhood. My parents fought all the time. I found myself in the same kind of relationships until I decided to break the cycle and got in therapy to help me deal with relationships better. More healthy relationships.

Meh. People way overcomplicate things. After having a similar pattern show up multiple times I finally had the ah-ha moment. Here's the thing...stop trying to want what you want with someone who doesn't want what you want. We do this because we think that we won't meet someone who is on the same page as us. So, out of a lack of care for our own wants and desires we try to change what we actually want and need in order to have a person. But, we never really HAVE people. So, it's a false sense of security. And I'm sorry but this is why I don't actually love Abraham Hicks. Overcomplicate what is actually simple. Know what you want. Know you deserve to have what you want. And if someone doesn't want what you want then you are trying to want the wrong person. You'll never be happy sacrificing what you want to be with someone. I finally came to realization in the last while that I am not an easygoing person. When I know what I want and I know what I like then I can commit to that person or thing. And trying to be easygoing when you're not will always result in anxiety and tension. 7.7 billion people in this world. Why try settling with the one who doesn't want what you want. If you can completely be at peace with accepting something other than what you want then that's fine. Sometimes what we want changes. But, don't force yourself to turn your back on your own wants and desires for a person who won't change their wants and desires for you. Period.

Learn to be fully fulfilled and content with having a relationship with yourself. You don't need to be in a relationship. Therefore you choose to invite what comes along with the process. Relationships are a want not a need. We came into the world alone. It's purposeful. So we need to learn to be content with ourselves. Spirituality should be a strong desire. That’s your twin flame you re talking about. When you are aligned with your soul they’ll come to you. When you re out of balance they run away from you. Thats one of the main signs of this connection. Your twin flame is the opposite polarity of your soul and you’ll always be connected at the astral level with them. To be in union in this 3D world you have to be aligned with your soul. Doing that you’ll attract him like magic. This is not a soul mate connection and its based on the laws of physics or most common called today as Law of attraction. This guy has come in and out of your life because you have yet to learn the lesson within this relationship/situation. The Universe will basically force you to repeat a lesson until you've learnt what it's truly about and then transmuted it into a positive. The reason why he keeps coming back when you're aligned is because you are ready to face the lesson again. The Universe see's your being in alignment as a sign that you are ready to try again. Then if you don't learn, you slip out of alignment and the guy leaves. It's basically trial and error. One lesson can repeat throughout many lifetimes, and you will only evolve or level up when you have learnt what the lesson is truly about. Once you have learnt, there will be no back and forth; this relationship will either end or evolve. And even if you have come into a physical relationship with your Twin, that does not mean you have reached Union/Ascension, as Union is a Spiritual connection.

Thank you for explaining it this way. He will leave me and I will grieve hard then pull myself together and get back on track. It seems that I always level up each time he walks away. Days, weeks and sometimes months will go by and then a text will come. Or there were a few times that we ran into each other and then just like that we're back together, only to repeat the breakup. We have been stuck in the makeup/breakup cycle for 4 years now. He just left me again on Sunday and I am sitting here looking at my mess and trying to figure out the lessons that I still need to learn. A big part of me is in denial of the toxicity, another part knows that it's a mess. I'm looking at my part and trying to see the pattern. I'm trying to let go. There has been so much pain with this relationship. I can't help but stay in the past with him. So much pain and hurt and yet I can't seem to release it all. Ugh.. Sometimes we have to change people places and things. I plan on having the house ready to sell in 3 months. I must move, I must get away.

Practice chilling out... Which is definitely easier said than done. But this is the work. Feeling anxiety about someone pulling back often boils down to not having enough information about the dating process. Relationships are about two human beings who need Time to build trust and respect. A relationship can only be as strong as the individuals. We must love ourselves before we can effectively love another. And our relationship to the infinite love which breathes through us, as us, is our most important. For me, it’s like concentric circles: I must be good with myself and the Creator before I venture out into my relationship with family and friends. Someone I’m dating has to earn the level of trust and respect that I have with my family and friends. Perhaps the anxious attachment style is a result of previous hurts which need healing before we can be good partners.

Here’s what I learned...there has to be a balanced between the divine feminine and Devine masculine. If we’re not balanced there will always be that one I like to call (damsel in distress). If polarities are different to extremes the more polarity we create. What you want is be to be balanced within yourself to not have attachment to anything. Getting out of the 3D vibration and more into 5D will help you with this.

I’ve blown it ( 2nd time needles to say ) and because of that we have hiccups now past 3 week, hardly talking, chat texts , after having blissful, beautiful time/meets and memories! I’m trying to compare what he has said everything from past months now just 3 weeks ago with great love , affinity, affection of how much of he wants me, loves me, need a life with me, those loving text messages ! I have no choice now to but keep my circuits open irrespective of what he has said in these two three weeks ! I should have understood this just 3 weeks ago and I’m repenting it so much. Sounds like he doesn’t want to commit to her because she is available anytime he shows up so why bother? He can leave anytime, have no responsibilities and explore other options because of course he is not alone and waiting for her because he is not chasing her. Sometimes we really believe someone is just right for us and everything we are looking for and it takes a long time and pain to really se people for who they really are and not for who we want them to be. I think this connection is providing contrast for her in order to make her know clearly what she wants and start aligning with that.

So I've lived a life of "paying" for "love"... with my LIFE. my hands, my time, my heart, I chose to ..... suffer, because I felt I wouldn't get.... didn't deserve ( so freely)??? The love I give. That I needed to work, to prove I am worthy, Good Lord. What foolery.... Mind blown. I give, love yet........ I've never allowed myself to be loved freely, without feeling as tho I have to work or prove that I too am worthy of the same love..OK.
