I listened to this today. Then at breakfast my Uncle's widow did what she always does and tried attacking me, putting me down calling me "spoiled and selfish" but in a way she tries to pass off as a joke just to see what I'll do. Today, I was already in the Vortex, so I just said, "Yep and proud of it." Because I realized from listening to Abraham and other LOA teachers that what others perceive of me is none of my business. She tried twice both times I just said yep and proud of it. I wasn't going to allow myself to be knocked off my high flying disc by her.

Thank you, Cutie, for reminding me of this. :) "It's none of my business what other people think of me," is something I totally know and thoroughly understand but absolutely forgot. LOL! I started to get majorly serious about where I CHOOSE to work and thinking of how I can teach the boss and managers about situations and la la la la la la ... that I forgot about my spiritual tools and to utilize them. What a concept! LOL! Meditation is my best friend, and I'm going to go for a visit. :)

What I learned from this -don’t try to fix the issue while you’re in the thick of it. Just ride the emotions out. -practice being in the vortex when you wake up daily. Don’t just wait until you’re triggered -I don’t get to decide what is right vs wrong. I just get to decide what is right for me, what alignment look likes for me. And as long as I’m in that space, doing things I love and loving doing them, it doesn’t matter what my outside circumstance looks like. Because my inner being is at peace.

I have to think Esther was chosen for this partly because of her dry humorous vibe that can be utilized for the delivery of these messages. The deadpan humor really takes the edge off what could otherwise be a somewhat mind boggling subject. I crack up every time I listen to one of these. Lol

Thank you for this wisdom. Our job is to protect and maintain our alignment even in the face of others who try to drop it down. We get to determine our mood and perspective in any given situation.💖

I enjoyed this conversation. I was a member of a Corvette club years ago, and a group of about 50 Corvette's did the same from Albany, GA to Panama City FL, via Alabama route where we picked up about 10 of those people. I was a driver. It was fun and like you said, very organized, very fast driving for a long period of time. Great memories. 🌞

I have had people misunderstand my silence and disengagement as consent and/or agreement. For example, when a specific person chronically accuses me of malicious behavior, when they could have just as easily asked a question for the background information to *not* make those giant leaps in negative assumptions. At some point, they are choosing to think of me in a negative light; for some people, they have an ego stake in my being the bad/wrong one, so they can be the good/justified one. They do not yet understand that we do not offend from the victim position; there are no sanctioned boundary crossings. I needed to be able to respond to an insult without hesitation and ambivalence. Getting to know myself better definitely helped a lot, because the majority weren't even relevant insults. Knowing when to self reflect and check within, and when I can ignore it because the person doesn't know what they're talking about, definitely helps in the moment.

What about physical aggression? Aren’t there some instances where you need to react? In the most neutral way possible?
@jazjasmine94966 ай бұрын
Yes, momentum took over in this example. "Very likely there will be an incident" "a hit or run" "Take the path of least resistance "
...'safer with people weaving through traffic at 100mph'? The race drivers may be talented, but the people trying to cope with them are probably not. They should be fined and lose their licence pending retaking their drivers test. (I say this, having suffered these exact punishments for the exact same behavior).
