How do I practice the opposite of loneliness? what does the opposite feel? I really cannot think or guess what it feels like

What is something you enjoy? What is something that brings you peace? Focus on what makes you feel better or brings you into alignment. Without putting any resistance on not knowing what not feeling lonely is ... focus on what feels good. As you continue to do that, your overall emotional setpoint will improve. Does that make sense?
