I suffered from massive overthinking and ruminating thoughts when a relationship was out of alignment. I'm sure my friends got so bored of me talking about it all the time, but honestly it was all I could think about. Trying sooo hard to figure it out what he was thinking, what could I do to fix things. Being hyper sensitive about the slightest changes in his behaviour and words..
