I learn more everyday that joy in it's many forms should be allowed. When everyone around me in joyful or happy or enjoying themselves sometimes I feel like I'm all alone in providing for my family or doing the things around the home that needs to be done. I watch lots of videos on you tube. I have watched and researched many videos on the subject of attraction, vibration, awakening, enlightenment etc etc etc..... and understand them all.... I am aware of remembering that which I already know. The past 2 years have been pretty tricky going and the past 3 months have been torturous.... my life and my expression to others has been no different to the naked eye but I was literally out of my mind ( I have engaged in some therapy looking for the soultion) and knew that there was something I wasn't getting... I was at the edge of my sanity... for no particular reason. And I said to who ever was listening. Something has to give cause cant figure it out. Then on 13th June I klick on a Abraham Hicks video and the answer was revealed... I laughed and cried with joy.... in that moment the suffering in my mind left.... I have been able to meditate like never before and have met with my self in the non physical as well as others.... not in a visual sense. My life remains unchanged to the naked eye but will never be the same.x I have tried to re-watched that original video ( I have watched hundreds since then ) and I can't find it- not even in the history . 😀 I am 47 year old psychiatric nurse from a little town East of Newcastle England....on the South side of the river Tyne.... Noone else knows what I am talking about.. they never have. I am so happy. Xxx

Speaking for my daughter who is suicidal...How can I get her to do things that make her to do things to have fun, feel good...be happy, enjoy things, when she tells me she hates herself, and everything..has no one to love or be friends with, says she has no talents, no interests, is not smart, not attractive, uneducated, isn't capable to do things on her own, doesn't trust anyone? My heart breaks for her. She is 28 single, jobless, has no friends, suffers every day with horrible thoughts or killing herself.😢 I don't get it...She has been in counseling since are 4

Firstly stop looking at all things that has she has gone through with the past example not loving loving herself etc. See her in a different way. Tell a new story of how you would like to see her. Ask yourself this question on behalf of her. Why is my daughter (name) so in love with herself? Keep asking that question all throughout the day. I ask personal questions for myself every hour and when things are not going well don't focus on it. Look for things that you are grateful for with her. Check out My secret gardens channel about how to ask better questions which are empowering and not disempowering questions. Her name is suzie. Your daughter will be alright! Send you love and blessings!😘

​ @EK P-G I feel both of you. I hope this helps both of you: It's 3A = C 1.) awareness + 2.) acceptance + 3.) action = change. | Awareness: (bear w/me here, ok?) It is quite poss she 'came in' with self-loathing to overcome. When I was told that 'concept' by a spiritual reader / astrologer, a huge wt lifted off my shoulders. It was a reason I could 'handle' and then, whenever 'it' reared it's ugly head, I knew why. It helps to not be attached to understanding, and yet, this needs solving. Her despair, selfhatred & rage turned in on herself is not something you can fix, and that's hard, I know. I burnt out friends who kept trying to lift me up. I was dead weight. What a mess! Below is a list of things that worked better than talk therapy alone: 1.) find a therapist who knows tapping/EFT 2.) make sure s/he also does EMDR (these quick tech's work faster than talk therapy) 3.) see an astrologer. a reputable one. Here's why: I sought an amateur birth chart reading group out of desperation. After some time mulling over my chart, the spokesman of the group asked for confirmation: we see that you were 3 when your parents were divorced. Is that right?" I was TOLD I was 2 1/2 but I don't remember. How the hell did you know thaaaat? They said "it's all there." FIND a good reader. It will help SO much. 4.) find ways to rage out. I was pissed off for 5 years. Straight. Dancing (more like THRASHING) helped get the energy out. That's for both of you. Energy gets pent-up and can exacerbate depression, loss of hope, self- loathing. 5.) that said, walking is ideal if it's do-able. It helps the brain balance out. 6.) if it is strictly emotional (mine was: "no pill's gonna cure U" they said) then the above should really help. Writing those emo's down helps a LOT> and then ask, "How can I...?" Like, take a problem you have and seek it's solution. How can I ___? 7.) The beliefs inventory: write down literally every thought you have, line by line, w/o judgment. No one's gonna see it, so go for it. It took me about 4 months, it seems, to dump it all out on paper. THEN I could back and undo or discard irrelevant beliefs that were part of the chaos. I sincerely hope these helps both of you. This is what helped me, but honestly? Sometimes, I still deal with self-loathing. I want to share a story about this: Feeling sooo despondent, I was 'moved' by a voice to go ahead & take all those sleeping pills; things would never get any better anyway. And so I did. Probably 40 of 'em. As I stumbled to my bed for the last time, yet another voice 'moved me' by saying, "OHHH You quit too sooon, you quit too soon." I'm like WTH?! But on the off-chance I was wrong, I said, "OK< if the rest of my life isn't going to be more of the same...Jesus, take the wheel. If I still have a purpose here then I'll wake up in the AM." during that night, 3x, I sat straight up gasping to speak to a friend...I woulda sworn she was in my room, but it was a dream, so back to sleep I went. The pills were pretty heavy to combat. BUT I woke up in the AM as if nothing had happened. Woke up at 8am in fact. My feet hit the floor and I said, "Well, I'm still here foggin' a mirror so there must be more to do." My final tip to you both is: invite Divine Intervention into your day, everyday. Jesus take the wheel...I'd never said those words before in my life. "Give it God and go to sleep" my friend. I pray you both find peace. "The ARt of Traveling Light" is my 8th podcast. For a very long time I was going out there into this world looking for some reasons and putting effort and sacrifices out there and it never felt right since others influenced me or pushed me on a path that was more theirs than mine and now I am 31 and thank god I realized now. For me, it's about being rather than all the forced doing. I think many of us find ourselves competing with ourselves to get things done, even spending too long on the computer and being distracted. For me I look at the conscious actions of my thoughts, what I am thinking even when I think I am not thinking. Actions show how I am thinking in a deeper way. So I tune back into that quiet part of myself and tune down the trying. We are so programmed to try and achieve and race towards everything. Toning that one down is what I always have to do. No matter how often I have to come back to it this is where and what I need to be conscious of. We tune out of ourselves and forget. One thing I see humans do is "the forgetting experience." I have seen this when working as a therapist with clients and see it in myself. Did an Angel kiss us as we were bone and we just keep on forgetting? those time-lapses of where we would like to change and then there are those old patterns we repeat playing out the same old melody, often one that no longer serves many of us. That is what I am finding. Tough right now and it puts me right back where I don't want to be. So, more consciousness to debunk it. More gratitude, which is genuine. But where I am wanting to get to.......That slips thought my hands like gossamer silk. So, I have decided to buckle down and take small steps and be in Esters receiving mode and that way I may hopefully get where I am going. Good wishes to everyone else on this page.

Today, I was in just tire and met a lady We both love Esther. Her and her family just found Esther about two months ago. I told her it’s been almost a year for me. And so she asks how do I feel. There are two ways in which a person can approach God. If I was to ask you for water in this manner: "I am amazing, everyone loves me, and I love myself. You should want to give me things as I deserve it. I am thirty, I am worthy, give me water now!" Would you give me water? If I asked for water this way: "Please Sir, I know I don't deserve it and I'm not worthy of it, but if you are willing, may I please have some water as I am very thirsty." Likewise God reveals himself to a soul who is polite, humble, and who has manners, one that can ask Jesus Christ for mercy nicely. Not a soul who is proud, self-righteous and who feel entitled.
