I love the Louise Hay affirmation "Life loves me and I love life" as I'm enjoying something, like listening to a favourite song, I feel so loved and blessed and say this affirmation in my head. 💖

@@lollylula6399 yes!! For example, when I exercise out on the porch I say how grateful I am to exercise surrounded by my luscious plants and my healthy pets, looking at the blue sky and blessed by the caresses of the breeze 😊

This woman is comical. She refers to the Law of Attraction as "Abraham Technique". So funny. How everything works in the Universe and has always been and will always be is not a "technique". It is the way things are. Get happy about anything, Milk it until you FEEL it and then watch how this shifts your energy. Feeling = energy shift. When your emotion changes accordingly, so will your vibration. Then keep milking it some more if you want. Or take a break. Just don't, whatever you do, go back to thinking about things that drop you on the emotional scale to lower vibrational emotions as this will slow down and prevent your desire from manifesting. Every day is a simply practice to master this concept. Once you do, everything will be yours. The Universe will be at your disposal quickly.
