Excellent analysis of the Chelsea sale proposal situation. RLC did start at center-back then later moved to central midfield as the pivot. He actually played both positions very well. Both goals conceded by Chelsea were the result the poor play of the unreliable Sarr.

Chelsea don’t need someone who will spend spend spend. Look at the highest transfer fee signings - arguably all are complete flops. Use the best academy in the world and supplement with smart signings
