It's the closest thing to a standard motorcycle capable of whatever I need a bike to do. Motorcycle camping? Fire roads? Long distance? City commuting? I never want to have to use a car. This is economical, comfortable, and not covered in transformer inspired plastics. It's basic. In a world of techy shlock, and one-upsmanship, this is as timeless as a wooden sailboat.

This is exactly why I bought a 2024 int650 last summer

Sold my KTM390 adv for a Bear 650, pick it up in a few weeks. I bought the petrol Green colour scheme, the one in your vid.

And why did you decide to move on?
@FlyingBrickADV11 сағат бұрын
@@woody_vlogs my local KTM dealership closed down and I wasn't sure about the future of the company. I rate the 390 adv highly, it was a great handling bike and very reliable. Always wanted a retro bike, so I thought I'd give the Bear a go.

What traits do you like in the bear? I own a cbr250r and looking forward to add bear to the garage

@@woody_vlogs I like the retro look, and from all the reviews the handling is supposedly good. I’m fortunate to live near some great twisty roads.

Classic er...British brand? Nearly switched off with that start, but happy to have watched the whole video. Production quality is absolutely premium! Love this bike (I have a Classic 350 reborn), and like you, am sorely tempted to buy the 249 colour scheme version. Oh and extra points for using rambunctious! ,-)

I went to see one at a showroom nearby. The two exhaust pipes coming out of the engine are already rusty and the bike has done barely a thousand kilometres. I'm not convinced that I should buy one.

The question I would ask is when you can get a Triumph 1200 XE for 7.5k with barely any miles second hand, would you still buy this bike. I love it personally but it is a little heavy and slow.

Not where I live you can’t . In France there’s nothing below 10500 euros

I wish they had given an adjustable rear suspension. Soft for commute/touring Firmer for quick days

214kg wet, 130 mm front travel 😖, not trading in the triumph scrambler 1200 xc just yet.

A lot cheaper than a Triumph Scrambler, I've ordered a bear 650, but admittedly my other bike is a Honda Africa Twin, so I have the dirt side of the equation sorted.

Damn I want one. But I'm not ready to give up on my shotgun. Where will I get the money.😢.

Good grief. Does every reviewer have to explain the naming history.

Sorry, but I don’t get scramblers. They don’t do the twisties, they can’t cruise on motorways, and they’re limited off road. What’s left?

Have a Ducati Desert Sled, and it does everything you mention very well! I’ve owned all types of bikes and this style is by far the best all round platform to do everything well!

Really nice looking motorcycle as well, just wish it had a bit more power… Does it have tubeless tires?
@stalbansbikerКүн бұрын
Not sure why it's called a scrambler to me it's looks like a very nice 60s style Triumph

And I would think It would make a very good second bike
