The kid truly deserved the award. She was the only one who thought to add a unique twist to halo-halo by incorporating kamias-such an unexpected and innovative choice! Halo-halo is typically known for its sweet ingredients, so who would've thought of adding something tangy like kamias? On top of that, her presentation was excellent. It really stood out and showcased her creativity! Congrats, Danica!

I think Ramsey didn't taste the actual flavor of how it suppose to be, because he didn't stir it good to mix and actually incorporate all the ingredients to create a fusion and explosion of flavors. Then and only then you can tell which one have that correct balance of essence. Thus the name Halo-halo. That's just my opinion.

Chef gordon if i may😊, the dessert is called halo halo (literally translated mix mix) to get the very essence of the taste and flavor u have to mix the ingredients together thoroughly so u could enjoy the mixture of the flavors of the ingredients together,, thus the name halo halo . By just simply tasting it without actually mixing it together i dont think u would be able to grasp the extra ordinary taste of the said dessert.

He was spooning the unmixed ingredients of the halo2. He didn't savor the true taste of halo2 which is done by mixing everything up and at least let it sit for a minute to let the flavors blend in. And he should eat like 2-3 spoons at the minimum for each chef.
