I’m gonna be honest mate the trx got shelved after that video was made I enjoy driving the Sherpa so much more I did have a problem with the front drive shafts but that all got sorted last week I broke her down and I only had to replace 2 small bearings in the trans and I’m using the axe system I’ll have no issues choosing this over the trx time and time again 👍😉

@@north-coastrc8130 I have a trx4 for3 almost 4 years , both my buddies have the sherp , 1 about a year old one 6 months old both sherps have had to get a new gearbox , both of them . the trx 4 is still running with the box that came with it . sherps look lovely no doubt i thought of getting one but the gearbox is weak .

How is the steering and does the axle mounted servo affect suspension travel?

gareth copsey the steering is more than adequate with the little 9kg servo and as for the travel the suspension will bottom out before the servo touches anything I had it out today on its Maiden run good out of the box but will be outstanding with some upgrades
