Tournaments have a heavy tank meta right now. Pbcs only work on infantry. You can try to do this with DPs but blightbringer will overall be out of range

Appreciate this video a lot, recently just picked up the combat patrol for Death Guard, got another box of PoxWalkers so I have 40 of them all together on top of my marines, wanting to get a few nurglings when I can, also a plagueburst or two

So rapid ingress used like this is extremely common for many other factions, does this list have a backup plan if somebody drops some grey knights close to your plagueburst crawlers? They are the hinge of this gameplan so what of they are locked up in combat or otherwise impeded by the oponnent? I would definitely run plaguespewer sponsons to help with this but that doesn't quite solve the problem. Excited to hear your thoughts!

Many competitive lists are running poxwalkers, not for typhus but in small squads to zone out any backdoor teleportation by the enemy. People space them out so that nothing can find space to rapid ingress 9" away from all of your models, however this is still vulnerable to genestealer cults. My brother plays genestealer cult and thwy can rapid ingress some REALLY strong close combat squads closer than 9", basically on top of my tanks.

Typhus gives -1 to hit in melee, and makes the deathshroud tough to kill on top of their natural -1 to wound. Typhus makes deathshroud feel oppressive
