I don’t personally think he’s a psychopath, because psychopaths don’t actually have genuine empathy, and sadism intrinsically requires the ability to recognise suffering in others. Psychopaths are just indifferent to suffering; they don’t care enough to take pleasure in it. However, malignant narcissists share the absolute lack of remorse that psychopaths have, but aren’t only limited to identifying suffering in others, but they even seek it out for their own sadistic enjoyment. Nowadays many psychologists believe Ted Bundy (for example) would have this diagnosis due to the sadistic elements of his many crimes.

I am an Iranian, my mother's uncle was captured by Iraq's army exactly on the second day of the war. He was released 10 years later. The Iran-Iraq lasted 8 years, that means he was released 2 years AFTER the war was over. He was just normal soldier so he wasn't in a horrible prison(of course it's still a pretty fucked up place to be at) but when he and a couple other prisoners attemped to escape he was thrown in a very small prison, this prison cell was completely dark, no light at all. He was there for years. when he was finally freed they had to put a lot of layers of cloth on his eyes and remove a layer each week to get him used to seeing light. He was very hopeful about the Iranian revolution, returning to his homeland 11 years after the 1979 revolution he thought that Iran had become a heaven now but when he returned he realised people are still as poor as they were during the Shah's era which made him even more depressed. He's not the only one to fight in the war from my family, my own father was injured in the war, and my uncle was martyred, so yeah pretty much as they say, war, war never changes.

Had there been no Gulf War, would Uday have tried to seize power from his dad, like any good Sith apprentice would? Somehow, I believe he would have, and what a mess that would have been. Outstanding video, man. Only the 2nd I've watched on your channel, but I've already subbed and after work, it's binge time! Thanx for all you work, you've got a great channel here!

Absolute Mad Lads: Hiroo Onoda. The Japanese soldier who spent 30 years in the Philippines, because he thought WW2 was still going on. EDIT: Since there’s already a good amount of videos on Hiroo Onoda, I came up with another Mad Lad Absolute Mad Lads: Ted Kaczynski. The Slavic math bomber who advocated Anarcho-Primitivism

On a youtube channel called Oki's Weird Stories, he did a pretty good video on him. I would like Dank to cover him, but he is also really well known so Dank might not be interested.
