Izzy what you are describing I hear a lot from people who have gone through this (using normal/casual language). I'm 3.5 months post-no seeking myself (all in the story of course), and every day I have tension and energy and supressed feelings come out of my subconscious, almost constantly. Are you also experiencing very vivid dreams at night? Apparently these will continue until the subconscious is drained and then there will be no more thinking. Takes about a year or so for most people I think.

Chest and head energy here too, it began a few weeks ago with light headache followed by the energy at heart and head. It hasn’t felt uncomfortable, it has felt very natural but vibrational definitely. Seeking energy completely stopped when this began and I saw clearly that I wasn’t the identity when the mind went still and there was the realisation that there was nothing to seek anymore. It’s relieving to say the least because there’s a stillness/calmness instead of the seeking energy that seemed to go out looking externally. There’s a sense of being whole and complete, like there’s nothing to be added, which is rather lovely. Lovely meeting, even if radical! Thank you.

I’ve heard Tony Parsons describe this as being “stunning” but it’s not stunning at all. It’s rather ordinary. Nothing is actually ever stunning. That sensation of feeling stunned is momentary, it appears and disappears only as a description, it is a story trying to described what’s already totally indescribable. This doesn’t need to be described. This doesn’t need to be known to exist as whatever thoughts and stories sound the most believable, as what is already is completely and entirely what is, exactly as it appears …with or without the story what is already is what is. What’s so stunning about what never changes and doesn’t really happen? This is so wild and free it can appear to be whatever’s apparently happening and yet This is not a happening! The ordinariness of what is apparently happening doesn’t need to be stunning as nothing ever needs to happen. If “stunning” seems to arise, whatever that is supposed to mean, it’s really not what it appears to be and is This already which is not an appearances yet there isn’t anything appearing that isn’t This already. Saying it’s “ordinary” or “stunning” is the ordinariness being spoken of here, talking about this seems to happen a lot, yes? And yet This cannot be talked about but everything ever talked about is never not This unknowable knowingness (nowhere to land to say “Aha! I know what this is” except in an imaginary story). 🙏❤️

Hi Izzy, welcome back 👋🏻. Problem with this, and all spiritual and religious messages is, that it can be all just brainwashing one self by constant repetition. There is no way of knowing if that’s not the case. Religious person will tell you as well, that his god is not just a belief, but “ lived reality “. Same with awareness teachings, those people are convinced that everything is awareness, and they “ live it “. All due to constant brainwashing / repetition of something, that they first believed is going to stop their suffering, because some charismatic person / speaker convinced them . This radical non-duality theory that everything is nothing being everything = energy, seems certainly more realistic then all the other religions and spiritual stuff, but it can as well be just brainwashing one self, with sugarcoated phrases like, it’s perfect, it’s whole and complete, it’s unconditional love, etc. , same as religion or spirituality. But if that makes life more pleasant, then I guess why not 🤷🏼‍♂️. What is discouraging for me, is that the speakers who were around for a while, don’t seem so enthusiastic as they were in the beginning, which makes me think that even this eventually gets old, useless, and you just can’t fool your self indefinitely.
