A mind that is always searching,groping ,remembering ,hoping such a mind is never quiet .To perceive that it is not quiet, without any directions not to say it must be quiet. To perceive that it is not quiet , to observe that it is not quiet then it becomes extraordinarily quiet. Without any compulsion any practice.Which requires great sensitivity, attention, awareness only in that absolute silence of mind. A silence that's not cultivated by thought .It isn't a silence between noise or between two noises, or between two thoughts. Silence demands total freedom from all that self centred activity and pursuit of pleasure, fear and so on. Only in that silence there can be the one that is nameless

I experienced it accidentally white focusing on the darkness behind my eyelids there was no thoughts no tiny mental chatter even if I want to talk mentally I couldn't it only happened to me once I tried to reach that state again with no success do you know of any other way to reach that state or do you recommend any book ????

It is crazy i have experienced this silence since the last 4 years, for sometimes. its an amazing experience, i also have no tinnitus (whitenoise illness in the ears) while i have this experience. I guess it comes, when i am so heavily stressed that i see no other way than to let go.

He himself said we must question everything. This question then. A silent mind can not be aware that it is silence the awareness manifest through thought. Thinking just arises one cannot stop it, the effort to stop it is more thinking and born of desire to attain something. We cannot truthfully state that our desire for silence is without motive. If there is something else then wanting it will not make it so. The "other" (if there is such a thing) is already there, wanting the "other" prevents it from manifesting. If I am not there then there is no one that wants silence.

In the end he gives you the proof that your mind is a complete chaos. As soon as he stops talking your brain will start asking 1000 questions and try to find 1000 answers which are all illusions and time/energy waste to understand why he doesn't talk. Which means, as he usually says, nobody is actually listening.

When complete clarity comes in life then it becomes fully understood that:- "NO FEAR" + "NO CERTAINTY" = "NO HAPPINESS"= "BLISS" Yes this is the point where complete silence of the mind is achieved, when the existence rests completely on "I AM", that is when existence rests completely on atman, undivided self, infinite consciousness, akhanda chaitanya, awakened conscience, bliss, nothingness and emptiness, that is when existence rests in stillness, silence, peace, now and awareness.
