I completely recreated your lamp, plant basket project! Found the perfect lamp, and large decorative plastic bowl. Painted it all black, attached the bowl, put potting soil and a plant in and put it on my back patio. It’s gorgeous! Thank you for the inspiration!

You can definitely enhance your hutch look if you replace the wooden shelves with glass. There are several types of glass and beautiful parrerns- from plain to rippled to floral to etched. All of the glass enhances the look with the top lights on as they entend to the bottom. My hutch came with plain glass shelves. We put bubbled glass in 4 of our kitchen cabinet shaker doors when we redid our kitchen.

I just watched your serving trays become a " Conversation " piece ❤ May I share ? I used an oval mirror that just needed some reinforcements from a resale shop . I took it home , worked it up. Put handles on each end and hung it up at the entryway of our front door . Then discovered it to be my best serving tray for a small bowl of fruit , iced drinks or snacks . The heavy brass handles I'd put on the ends are there to this day . I simply clean and hang it back on the wall for that last last check for makeup and out the door ready . ❤ It's a keeper ! Just like you ❤ . I also have the first basket you have that I wanted to make a sturdy " car case for my 4 yr.old grandson .He likes blue . I need idea to reinforce the bottom for his cars (?) but planned on leaving the leather strap brown or ?.... Thank you !

Do a dark wax on the finish . Use a small brush and lightly hit a small area at a time , then a soft cloth to wipe some off . Just keep layering & rubbing off until you get what you like . If you get it to dark use some fine strokes of white wax . Easy pease ! I am talking about the round mirror with the wood 1/2 round beads ! Love all of your projects !❤

Any suggestions for me. …. I used acrylic white paint and painted over an old brown wooden rectangular tray ( for a coffee table) after I painted it the white I brushed on modge podge and I was done.
