I was on private property & 2 cops from HAMPSHIRE PLOD almost ran me over (ON MY PROPERTY) they did not indicate nor have lawful reason on my property & they demanded my name. By calling for the cuffs that cnut potentially committed an offence under Section 16 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861 and in doing so he also will have committed a Section 26 offence. They also could have committed public order offences by causing you alarm and distress. Please ensure that you put in a robust complaint against all 3 of those clueless clowns.

You backed off numerous times. I suspect the first time was to try and deescalate to situation. The constable continued to harass you AND by invading your personal space threatened violence and intimidation. Intimidation IS an indictable offence, and under law civilians have the powers of arrest. This of course would be almost impossible when facing 3 assailants. There is also NO RULE IN LAW that a person being being harassed and intimidated must wait until they are struck before defending themselves (R v Deana, 2 Cr App R 75). You repeatedly backed away, and the Constable entered your personal space on more than 2 occasions. In these situations you are allowed to preemptively take reasonable action to defend yourself and try to dissuade the person further committing offences.

I understand the south coast has a very active gay community so maybe the police have to make sure they employ a ‘diverse’ workforce. Im a Bournemouth residence and Dorset police are awful 😖. They abuse their powers and lie like criminals. He is wasting my council tax just standing around which there very good at. I stopped once in my car dropping of friends and when I returned home they were going through my bins without a warrant and when I challenged them they all jumped in the van and disappeared. I wish I new the law like i do now from watching these videos. I could of sued them. And that is Bournemouth police. My friend had left a hydroponic feed in a bag. They drug tested me and then released me. Proper scumbags
